Pure Tenkara 12FT9IN 3.9M 10 segments telescopic rod in 30T carbon fiber with a carrying case, a long budget tenkara rod.
Price range: $ (Budget)
What we liked
- + 12FT9IN length gives long reach for dapping and high-sticking
- + 30T carbon fiber keeps a long rod reasonably light in hand
- + Carrying case protects the telescoped rod in a pack or car
Trade-offs
- - Long rod is awkward on small, tree-lined creeks
- - Line, tippet and flies may need to be bought separately
