What we liked
- + The manufacturer states it holds materials for about 60 flies, so a new tyer has plenty to practice on.
- + Includes two ceramic tip bobbins plus a QR code that links to step-by-step instructions.
- + Packs into a compact travel case, which keeps loose feathers, thread and hooks in one place.
Trade-offs
- - Aimed at beginners, so a tyer who already has a vise and tools will find little new here.
- - Material quality and hook sizes are not detailed in the listing, so expect basics rather than premium stock.
