Kylebooker Large Arbor Fly Fishing Reel, Black, 3/4wt, Aluminium Alloy Body
Kylebooker large arbor fly reel in black aluminium alloy for 3/4wt lines, an inexpensive reel for light trout rods.
Price range: $ (Budget)
What we liked
- + 3/4wt sizing balances small stream and light line rods nicely
- + Aluminium alloy body is sturdier than the plastic reels in cheap kits
- + Low price makes it an easy match for a new light rod
Trade-offs
- - Narrow size range means it will not fit mid-weight or heavier setups
- - Lesser-known brand, so spare spools and parts can be hard to track down
