Redington Crosswater 9ft 5wt Fly Rod, 2-Piece
Redington Crosswater 9ft 5wt 2-piece fly rod, a simple, affordable blank from a brand respected by trout anglers.
Price range: $ (Budget)
What we liked
- + 2-piece construction means fewer joints and a smooth, continuous bend
- + Crosswater series is built to be forgiving for developing casters
- + 9ft 5wt spec suits the widest range of trout waters
Trade-offs
- - 2-piece rod is long in transport and needs a roof rack or long tube
- - Rod only, so the reel and line must be bought separately
